We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. This includes: which pages are viewed, how long people stay, where traffic comes from, and whether a visitor books a conversation through our Cal.eu booking page. We do not use advertising features, remarketing, or demographic profiling. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
When you first visit DRMX, analytics cookies are disabled by default. We ask for your consent before loading Google Analytics. You can accept, decline, or change your decision at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage so it persists across visits and sessions. If you decline, the Google Analytics script never loads and no tracking data is sent.

Google Analytics stores aggregated, anonymous data according to Google's default retention settings. We do not merge analytics data with our CRM or contact database unless you explicitly submit a contact form or book a meeting. In those cases, your contact details and message are kept only as long as necessary to respond to your request and manage our working relationship.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Because we do not store PII in analytics, most requests relate to contact or booking data you have directly provided. To exercise your rights, email us at hello@drmx.be. We will respond within 30 days.
We may update this Privacy & Cookies page when our services or analytics setup change. The latest version will always be available here, with the effective date noted below.
